On Friday, Ashneer shared a screenshot of the email on his Instagram Stories, revealing the approach from the show's makers. The email, sent by Rohit Gupta, Senior Casting Coordinator of Bigg Boss Season 19, invited Ashneer to participate as a wildcard contestant. It read:
