Dhaka, Sept. 2 -- A 20-member delegation of Bangladesh Awami League, led by Presidium Member and Parliamentary Standing Committee Chairman on Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Abdul Matin Khasru, will visit China from Wednesday at the invitation of the Communist Party (CPC).

Ahead of the visit from September 4-11, Abdul Matin Khasru briefed reporters at the Bangladesh Awami League's party chief Sheikh Hasina's office in Dhanmondi-3.

He said the delegation will meet CPC leaders and discuss various issues where the Rohingya crisis and their repatriation to Myanmar will come up for discussion.

He also said that they will request the CPC leaders to put pressure on Myanmar to take back the Rohingya nationals to their country.
