Dhaka, Feb. 7 -- Actress Sohana Saba has been brought to the Detective Branch (DB) office for questioning.

Earlier in the evening, actress and director Meher Afroz Shaon was also taken into DB custody from her residence in Dhaka's Dhanmondi area.

DB Chief Rezaul Karim Mallick said that Shaon was detained on charges of conspiring against the state.

She has been taken to the DB office on Mintoo Road for further questioning.
