Bogura, March 16 -- year-old child and attempting to rape another child of the same age has been brought against the neighbor in Kahalu, Bogura.

The accused name is Nur Islam (40).

Victim's mother filed a case against Nur Islam on Friday (March 14) at Kahalu Police Station under the Prevention of Women and Children Repression Act, accusing him of raping her daughter. The accused has been on the run since the incident.
