Dhaka, April 22 -- The two-day-long 4th BPO Summit wrapped up on Monday with a call on public and private sectors to expand digital markets.

Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Division, Department of ICT and Bangladesh Association of Call Centre and Outsourcing (BACCO) organized the summit at the capital's Sonargaon Hotel with a view to presenting the local and international markets' prospects before the country's digital industry.

This year's theme was Transformation Service to Digital.

Some 40 local and 20 international analysts took part in the fourth BPO Summit. Earlier on Sunday, the event was inaugurated by Prime Minister'ss ICT Affairs Adviser Sajeeb Wajed Joy.
