, Nov. 15 -- Police in Bhanga, Faridpur, have arrested 22 individuals in connection with cases filed under the Special Power Act. The arrests relate to separate incidents, including attacks on the police station, vandalism at the Upazila Parishad, and damage to the Highway Police outpost.

The suspects were detained during a special operation across various areas of the upazila on Friday night. On Saturday around 2:00 pm, they were produced in court and sent to jail. The arrests drew large gatherings of family members at the police station.
