Dhaka, July 1 -- Police have arrested two prime accused in connection with the murder of a man who was hacked to death in Kamrangirchar area of the capital over previous enmity.

The arrestees are Md Abu Taleb Member, 37, and Md Polash Khan, 33.

They were arrested from Kalkini upazila in Madaripur district around 5:30pm on Monday, said Md Jashim Uddin, Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Lalbagh Division, at a press briefing at the DMP Media Centre on Tuesday.

According to police, Rocky was attacked and hacked with sharp weapons by a group of assailants around 12:15am on June 23 in front of a rickshaw garage in Beribadh area under Ward-57 of Kamrangirchar.
