Dhaka, May 2 -- Marking the occasion of legendary Indian filmmaker Satyajit Ray's 104th birth anniversary, Prasun Rahman directed tribute film 'Priyo Satyajit' has been released on popular OTT platform Chorki.

Born on May 2, 1921 in Kolkata (then Calcutta), India, Ray was a towering figure in South Asian cinema, continues to inspire generations of filmmakers. On his birth anniversary, Chorki marks the day by streaming the tribute film as an homage to his enduring legacy.

Originally made to commemorate Ray's birth centenary, the film has been screened at multiple international festivals and received awards. It is now available to the general audience via Chorki through both regular subscription and pay-per-view.
