Dhaka, Aug. 10 -- Dhaka, the overcrowded capital city of Bangladesh, has ranked 80th on the list of cities with the worst air quality with an AQI score of 47 at 10 am this morning (August 10, 2025).

Today Dhaka's air was classified as 'good,' referring to a healthy air, according to the AQI index. Such air quality continued for the second consecutive day on Sunday, first working day of the week.

Dhaka ranked 84th on the list of worst air quality index with an AQI score of 50 on Saturday.
