* Gary Link was subject to an eight-year ban from running a company following previous misconduct
* He breached the rules of his disqualification to manage a window-fitting company in Telford which folded with debts of 297,000 euro
A Shropshire man has been handed a suspended sentence for running a window-fitting company while he was disqualified as a company director.
Gary Kelvin Link, 46, from Telford, was given a 10-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months after he was found to have breached the terms of his eight-year director disqualification by managing a company while banned.
Link was also fined 500 euro and ordered to pay 3,000 euro costs at ...
