India, April 30 -- After over three months of struggle against the deadly Coronavirus pandemic, Wuhan in China, the epicentre of the outbreak, has finally become a COVID-19 free city. By Upasana Singh

On Sunday, the last person to be treated for Coronavirus in the Chinese city of Wuhan was discharged from the hospital. The 77-year-old man tested negative for the second time for COVID-19, leaving the count of Coronavirus patients in the city at zero. As reported by Reuters, "The latest news is that by April 26, the number of new Coronavirus patients in Wuhan was at zero, thanks to the joint efforts of Wuhan and medical staff from around the country," National Health Commission spokesman Mi Feng said at a briefing.
