India, April 30 -- Israel joins the list of countries gradually reopening their tourism industry. After a break of several weeks due to COVID-19, the Middle-Eastern country has initiated plans for the hospitality sector. By Upasana Singh

Israel's Tourism Minister Yariv Levin said that guest houses and hotel rooms at ground level will be reopened on Sunday, May 3, as reported by Times of Israel. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, accommodations for local visitors and foreign tourists were closed down for over a month and a half. The cabinet approved this plan in a move to provide some relief to the crippled tourism sector.
