Bengaluru, Oct. 6 -- The shares of Micro-Cap company, specializing in the publishing of educational books, offering products and services in both print and digital formats, jumped upto 4 percent upon the promoter increasing stake in the company from 11.37 percent to 22.7 percent.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 679.08 crores on Monday, the shares of S Chand & Company Ltd jumped upto 4.3 percent, reaching a high of Rs. 198.80 per share compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 190.55 per share.
