India, Jan. 7 -- The shares of this company, which is in the business of seed research, production, processing and marketing of seeds and related products, were in momentum today after the company announced the consideration of amalgamation with Nishpra Community Solutions Pvt Ltd to match business synergies.

With the market cap of Rs 337 crore, the shares of Tierra Agrotech Ltd had hit their intraday high at Rs 51.9, gaining about 8 per cent compared to their intraday low at Rs 48.20 since the news broke out, giving a huge jump in its intraday movement.
