Bengaluru, April 30 -- During Wednesday's trading session, the shares of a company specialising in software development, IT infrastructure solutions, and IT hardware distribution surged 3.5 percent on BSE, following a bulk deal in which a foreign investor, Bridge India Fund, bought shares in the company.

With a market cap of Rs. 177.5 crores, at 10:54 a.m., the shares of Variman Global Enterprises Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 9.12 on BSE, up by nearly 3 percent, as compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 8.85.

The stock has delivered negative returns of over 66 percent in one year, but has gained around 2 percent in the last one month.
