Bengaluru, April 22 -- A Leading Indian wealth management firm has announced its plan to acquire the onshore India wealth business of UBS AG through its subsidiaries for a net consideration of Rs.307 crore. UBS, in return, will also purchase warrants amounting to a 4.95% stake in this company
