India, Dec. 12 -- During Friday's trading session, shares of a company that specialises in security and surveillance solutions, offering a comprehensive range of CCTV cameras, hit a 10 percent upper circuit on NSE, after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with an India-based semiconductor design and technology company.

With a market cap of Rs. 305.07 crores, shares of Prizor Viztech Limited hit a 10 percent upper circuit at Rs. 285.35 on NSE, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 259.45. Additionally, the stock is currently trading at a discount of more than 21 percent from its 52-week high of Rs. 362.
