Bengaluru, June 9 -- The shares of the renewable energy solution provider fell up to 2 percent from the intraday high after the company's promoter planned to offload 20 crore equity shares via a block deal.

With a market capitalization of Rs 92,436.60 crore, the shares of Suzlon Energy Ltd were trading at Rs 67.59 per share, increasing around 1.20 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 66.74 apiece.

According to the sources, Suzlon Energy's promoters, Tanti Family & Trust, had planned to offload 20 crore shares of the company through the block deal, with a floor price of Rs 64.75 is a 4 percent discount from Monday's price.
