New York, Jan. 21 -- The COVID Rent Relief Program has reopened for all eligible New Yorkers with expanded eligibility criteria to serve more individuals and families who may not have had an opportunity to apply when the program was initially opened or those who may have been previously ineligible. New applications are being accepted now through Monday, February 1, 2021, by online submission only.
The Office of State Senator Brian Kavanagh, Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY), Good Old Lower East Side (GOLES), and Chinatown Community Land Trust (CLT) have joined forces to offer multilingual assistance to applicants virtually by phone from now until the February 1st application deadline.
