Us, Dec. 9 -- Bollywood actor Rekha was felicitated with the Red Sea Honoree Award. She received the award at the screening of the restored version of Muzaffar Ali's 1981 classic, 'Umrao Jaan', at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah.
