Rio de Janeiro, July 9 -- Leaders of BRICS nations have strongly condemned the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed the lives of 26 tourists. In a joint declaration at the summit here, the leaders described terrorism as "criminal and unjustifiable", regardless of motive or perpetrators.
