Washington, Jan. 21 -- Among the executive actions President Biden signed Wednesday is an order to reverse the Trump administration's ban on citizens entering the U.S. from several predominantly Muslim countries.

"Those actions are a stain on our national conscience and are inconsistent with our long history of welcoming people of all faiths and no faith at all," Mr. Biden wrote, referring to Mr. Trump's restrictions, which he accused of being discriminatory.

In addition to repealing the travel ban, Mr. Biden issued orders to halt construction of Mr. Trump's border wall; direct that everyone present in the U.S. be counted in the 2020 census; and instruct the Secretary of Homeland Security to "fortify" the Deferred Action for Childhood Arr...
