NEW DELHI, April 13 -- Tribeca and Logix Group have announced a partnership to develop multiple mixed-use projects in Noida. The first project will be a 0.5 Mn sq. ft. mixed-use development consisting of luxury retail, branded serviced apartments and Grade A office spaces, located in sector 32,Noida. Anarock Capital was the exclusive advisor to this collaboration.
The project is adjacent to one of Noida's most successful retail destinations - Logix City Centre. The land is owned by Logix and Tribeca shall lead the development of the project.
