Mumbai, July 25 -- Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limitedhas fixed the price band ofRs.140/-toRs.150/-per Equity Share of face value Rs.1/- each for its maiden initial public offer.

The Initial Public Offering ("IPO" or"Offer") of the Company will open onWednesday, July 30, 2025, for subscription and close onFriday, August 1, 2025. Investors can bid for a minimum of 100Equity Shares and in multiples of 100Equity Shares thereafter. A discount ofRs.14 per equity shares is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.

The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of shares up to Rs 792 crore with no offer for sale component.
