Gurugaon, June 24 -- Amid rising interest in real estate investment, plotted developments are emerging as a preferred asset class over high-rise flats, driven by demand for land ownership, better customisation, and higher long-term returns. Developers across Gurgaon, Sohna, and the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) region report increased enquiries and faster absorption in plotted townships, particularly those approved under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna (DDJAY).
