Gurugram, Jan. 9 -- Realty firm Advance India Project Limited (AIPL) gets the occupancy certificate, for one of its housing projects - 'The Peaceful Homes'. The Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana (DTPC) cleared way for 360 Units, in Sector 70A, Gurugram. 'The Peaceful Home' is an 11.5-acre project, with lush green surroundings, comprising two, three and four BHK premium flats in a superbly peaceful location, with each unit in sizes of 1565 Sq. Ft., 2475 Sq. Ft. & 2925 Sq. Ft respectively. Three towers of the project viz. Bliss (AS1), Grace (AS2) and Harmony (AS3) have received the certificate.
