New Delhi, March 13 -- VinFast and PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during the Vietnam-Indonesia High-Level Business Dialogue, themed "Vietnam-Indonesia: Partnership for Progress and Prosperity." The signing ceremony took place in the presence of To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, along with ministers from both Vietnam and Indonesia.
