MUMBAI, April 23 -- HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar on Monday accused Congress president Rahul Gandhi of using falsehood to hurl muck at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's clean record, within minutes of the Congress chief expressing regret in Supreme Court over a political slogan being "juxtaposed and intermingled" with the apex court's decision on the Rafale deal.

Remarking that Rafale means 'Rahul fail', Mr. Javadekar said Mr. Gandhi stood exposed. "He has been lying all the way on [the Rafale] matter, using falsehood as the foundation.
