FATEHGARH SAHIB, March 13 -- AFTER the implementation of model code of conduct the district police have recovered 3.05 quintal of poppy husk, Rs.9 lakh cash, 200 gm gold, 11 gm heroin, 130 boxes of illegal liquor, 1100 intoxicant tablets and arrested three persons in the district during search and patrolling by different police stations, said Amneet Kondal SSP, while addressing the media persons here today. She said police has intensified the patrolling set up nakas for search which resulted in big recovery.
