CHANDIGARH, Nov. 4 -- THE first session of the newly-formed Haryana Assembly started on Monday with all the 90 members taking oath as MLA.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar was the first one to take oath followed by deputy chief minister Dushyant Chautala.
The formal formation of the cabinet remained a hanging fire with just the chief minister and the deputy chief minister being in their seat.
Indications are that after the current session, both the BJP and the JJPwould thrash out the matter.
On Tuesday, Governor Satyadeo Narain Arya Arya will deliver his first address to the new Assembly, followed by obituary references.
