MOHALI, Dec. 5 -- PANELISTS at one of the sessions on the first day of Progressive Punjab Investors Summit 2019 today mooted the development of Mohali as the world's first startup valley, inviting talent and venture capital from all over the world.

One of the panelists, at the 90-minute session dedicated to the Startup ecosystem, suggested creating a Shivalik Valley for startups in Mohali, on the lines of Silicon Valley in Bengaluru.
