Chandigarh, Dec. 2 -- Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab on Wednesday, reacting to the failure of the second round of ministerial level meeting of the Union government with the agitating farmer organizations, saying the talks remained inconclusive due to the stubborn attitude and arrogance of the Modi government.

In a statement issued from party headquarters on Wednesday, state president and Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann cornered the BJP government at the Centre, questioning why Prime Minister Narendra Modi was running away from facing the farmers on the contentious farm laws.
