JIND, Nov. 4 -- Members of the Jind Bar Association suspended work on Monday in protest against the police beating up several lawyers in a confrontation in Delhi's Tees Hazari Court on Saturday. The lawyers boycotted the court proceedings and supported their counterparts in Delhi.
Due to the strike of lawyers, the work was paralysed in the courts. According to association president Rajesh Goyal, lawyers from across the country, including Jind, boycotted the court proceedings on Monday
