SHIMLA, March 2 -- HIMACHAL Pradesh Governor Bandaru Dattatraya visited the College of Excellence, Government Degree College, Sanjauli, in Shimla on Monday and held discussions on various topics with the students.
On this occasion, the Governor said that "knowledge is power" and special attention should be paid to personality development to increase this power. He added sports and allied activities could be helpful for increasing physical strength and if the body was healthy, a person would be strong intellectually.
Similarly, we could increase concentration of our mind by participating in activities like yoga and meditation, he advised.
