SHIMLA, Oct. 30 -- CHIEF Secretary Dr Shrikant Baldi said that the Saksham Gudiya Board, Himachal Pradesh, should frame guidelines for its functioning so that various activities could be undertaken to provide safe and fearless environment to girls in the state.
Baldi was presiding over a meeting of the board here on Wednesday.
He said that the board should initially prepare a three-month plan for which full cooperation will be provided by the state government.
The Social Justice and Empowerment, Home and Finance are the stakeholder departments in this initiative taken by the government for the safety of girls.
