LUDHIANA, Oct. 6 -- R Arulanandan, Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), Expenditure Observer for Dakha-68 Assembly by-election chaired the special training organised for the election staff at Bachat Bhawan, here today.
This training programme was also attended by Returning Officer Amrinder Singh Malhi, Election Tehsildar Anju Bala, besides other senior officials of the district administration.
While chairing the training, R Arulanandan informed that this training was attended by members of static surveillance teams, flying squads, video surveillance teams, video viewing teams, accounting teams, etc. in the presence of senior officials.
He urged all the officials to perform their duties with honesty without any bias.
