MOHALI, Oct. 6 -- cultural extravaganza marked the Freshers' Party Agaaz-19 organised by the students of the Rayat Bahra University Institute of Legal Studies. The programme started with lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Dr Daljit Singh, Vice- Chancellor, Rayat Bahra University, and Sahila Bahra, Vice-President, Rayat Bahra Group of Institutes (RBGI).
