CHANDIGARH, March 8 -- CALLING for strict vigilance against the Coronavirus, Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh on Saturday extended support to the Akal Takht's appeal to the people to stay away from crowds, while announcing a Group of Ministers (GoM) to review the situation triggered by the outbreak on a daily basis.
Given the growing CONVID - 19 threat, it was in the interest of the people to exercise caution and avoid large congregations, said the Chief Minister, urging them not to visit congested and crowded places.
