JIND, Oct. 31 -- HARYANA's Chief Registrar of Births and Director-General of Health Services has issued instructions to expedite the work of filling the empty columns in the records of births recorded before 2002.
The Chief Registrar in his order has instructed all the civil surgeon of the state to make the people aware of this and expedite the work of registering names in the empty columns of birth records.
In a letter to all the civil surgeons, the Chief Registrar has said that the government has set a date till December 31 to register the name in the empty column of birth records recorded before 2002.
