PATIALA, April 15 -- SENIOR Congress leader and party candidate from Patiala Preneet Kaur today said that the Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh believed in the politics of development and not vendetta. She said that is why there was an atmosphere of peace without fear prevailing in the state since the Congress formed the government in 2017.
