DHARAMSHALA, Feb. 12 -- BIR-BILLING will be developed from tourism point of view as a major adventure sports destination under ADB funding and 'Nai Rahein Nai Manzilein'. Jal Shakti Division will be opened at Baijnath to facilitate the people of the area.
