Jammu, Jan. 31 -- Calling youth as future, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday said that they are the hope for a better world and brighter tomorrow for Jammu and Kashmir.

Interacting with NCC cadets here at Raj Bhawan, who returned after attending Republic Day Camp in Delhi, Sinha complimented them and NCC officers for their excellent performance on the Kartavya Path and other competitions.
