Itanagar, March 21 -- Union Minister Kiren Rijiju has poured cold water on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's recent 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra', asserting that it will have zero impact on BJP's electoral prospects in the upcoming general elections.
