Jammu, April 24 -- It is really unfortunate that during this time of the year, instead of launching special trains and flights to bring tourists to Jammu and Kashmir, the government has to take contrary steps to send back tourists to their native places as Pahalgam terrorist attack has led to a setback to tourism in the UT.
