Jammu Tawi, July 14 -- The Supreme Court on Monday scheduled a hearing for August 3 to address multiple petitions challenging the transparency of the NEET-PG examination process, particularly the release of answer keys and evaluation methods.

A bench comprising Justices K Vinod Chandran and NV Anjaria heard the matter briefly before setting the next date for a detailed hearing.

One of the key pleas, filed through advocate Tanvi Dubey, criticized the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for an allegedly opaque evaluation system. The petition seeks the immediate release of question papers and answer keys to candidates, and the disclosure of which questions were marked correct or incorrect.
