Jammu Tawi, Feb. 13 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday praised the youth of Jammu and Kashmir for their remarkable progress and achievements across various fields, making the region proud. LG Sinha made these remarks while attending the Rajya Puraskar Rally of J&K Bharat Scouts and Guides in Jammu.
