India, Dec. 30 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday ordered the placement of 14 Incharge Executive Engineers (XENs) of the Power Development Department (PDD) as Incharge Superintending Engineers (SEs) and transferred 15 SEs, including those newly promoted. The orders were issued as part of an administrative reshuffle in the department.
