Jammu Tawi, Feb. 24 -- Senior BJP leader Anurag Thakur on Monday reaffirmed India's stance of never wishing ill for Pakistan, while criticizing the neighboring country for destabilizing itself with its animosity toward New Delhi. Thakur emphasized that India has always sought peaceful relations but had to respond firmly to Pakistan's provocations at the border.
"The one who kept an evil eye was ruined," Thakur said, reflecting on the ongoing tensions between the two countries. He also pointed to India's recent victory over Pakistan in the ICC Champions Trophy as a symbol of the nation's strength.
