New Delhi, March 28 -- The Delhi High Court on Wednesday refused to order immediate release of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, an accused in a money laundering case linked to the Delhi excise policy scam, saying it can't decide the matter without giving an opportunity to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to file its response.
