Jammu, May 31 -- Jammu and Kashmir meteorological department has predicted a dry spell with light to moderate rain in the coming week till June 8.

The MeT on Saturday said that in the past 24 hours, light to moderate rain lashed with thundershower at most places.

Poonch, Baramulla, Samba, Jammu and Kathua recorded rainfall with gusty winds.

The weatherman said that on Saturday, there will be intermittent spells of light to moderate rain, light snow over isolated higher reaches, thunder at most places with moderate to heavy rain accompanied with intense showers, and gusty winds at a few places.
